Whether you’re already an owner or you’re thinking of buying an INFINITI, find out more about our future in Western Europe and how you can continue to enjoy the service and quality you expect.
INFINITI AND WESTERN EUROPE
Q: Why is INFINITI leaving Western Europe?
A: Western Europe has always been one of our smaller markets and, with costs increasing in the region, it sadly no longer makes good business sense for us to continue selling there.
Q: When will INFINITI leave Western Europe?
A: INFINITI Centres will close on 31st March 2020. From that date we will no longer be selling new vehicles in Western Europe.
Q: How will this affect the value of my INFINITI?
A: Given the small sales volumes of INFINITI cars, we see no reason why the resale value of used INFINITI models will substantially change.
PURCHASING AN INFINITI
Q: I just ordered an INFINITI prior to this announcement, can I cancel my order?
A: Please speak to the INFINITI Centre where you placed your order. They will be happy to give you more information and talk through the options of progressing with or cancelling your order.
Q: I was about to order an INFINITI but it now seems like a risky purchase. How can you restore my confidence in my purchase?
A: Until 31st March 2020, our operations and your experience will remain the same – and we are putting plans in place to ensure that you will continue to enjoy the service and support you expect long after that date.
That said, please contact your INFINITI Centre directly to discuss the terms and conditions of any future purchase.
